Trained in leadership first as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps then through the University of Chicago’s MBA Management program, Ryan Gough coordinates the day to day operations at Performance Wealth. Putting client’s needs first and foremost, Ryan utilizes more than 20 years of experience managing teams to bring the best customer service to each client when they need it.

Overseeing the on-boarding of new clients, coordinating client cash flow, and managing online access are just some of his areas of responsibility. In addition, Ryan oversees the 401K accounts, investment analysis, fiduciary files, and employee education for our corporate clients.

Ryan Gough previously worked at William Blair for many years. He joined The Salvino Wealth Management Team at William Blair in 2016 as Chief Operating Officer.
