Alfred J. Salvino is a wealth advisor and co-founding member at Performance Wealth, the independent firm he founded along with his sons Tom and John and granddaughter Grace. A veteran of more than 60 years in financial services, Al Salvino joined William Blair & Company in 1988 and became a partner in 1990, later forming The Salvino Wealth Management Team with two of his sons. Al is a U.S. army veteran and is actively involved in multiple community and philanthropic efforts, including The Mercy Home for Boys and Girls.
